2018: Competed in five races as a senior...ran a season-best 26:33.5 at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede to finish in 13th...took 28th at the WHAC Championships...WHAC All-Academic Team and NAIA Scholar-Athlete...CoSIDA Academic All-District Team.

2017: Registered season-best time of 26:12.6 to finish 36th at the Calvin Knight Invite...Finished 25th individually at the 2017 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships...Raced to 179th with a time of 26:50.9 at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships...Named to WHAC All-Academic Team...NAIA Scholar Athlete honoree

2016: Ran a season-best 26:57 at the Greater Louisville Classic.

2015: Placed 166th at the Calvin Invite with a time of 27:48 (9/12)... Ran a 30:42 at the Indiana Intercollegiates... Ran to a time of 27:43 at the Bethel Invite... Placed 127th with a time of 28:52 at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge (10/24).
