2018: Ran in six races as a senior...became the fourth All-American in program history with a 12th-place finish at the NAIA National Championships...ran a personal-best 24:49.0 at the national meet to set the second-fastest mark in school history...finished fourth at the WHAC Championships to garner First-Team All-Conference honors...also finished fourth at the NAIA Seminole Valley Stampede...WHAC Champions of Character Team...two-time WHAC Runner of the Week (9/19 and 10/3).

2017: Placed 5th individually at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Championships with season-best time 25:28.4...Finished 35th at the NAIA National Cross Country Championships...WHAC All-Conference First Team

2016: Ran a season-best 26:03 at the Calvin Invite...named WHAC Runner of the Week on Sept. 5...named Second-Team All-Conference after finishing 13th (26:36) at the WHAC Championship.

2015: Placed 144th at the Calvin Invite with a time of 27:32 (9/12)... Ran to a 29:19 finish at the Indiana Intercollegiates... Ran to a time of 27:08 at the Bethel Invite... Placed 44th at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge with a time of 27:17 (10/24).

High School: Four-year letter winner for the Bronchos...also a four-time letter winner for the track team.
