2018: Competed in six races as a senior...ran season-bests of 23:46.7 (5k) and 23:31.7 (8k) at the Bethel Invitational and WHAC Championships, respectively...WHAC All-Academic Team and NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2017: Received recognition as NAIA Scholar Athlete...Named to WHAC All-Academic Team...Clocked season-best time of 24:33.2 at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference meet to finish 85th

2016: Ran a season-best 30:07 at the Calvin Invite (9/3)

2015: Ran to a time of 25:41 at the Calvin Invite (9/12)... Finished with a time of 25:08 at the Bethel Invite... Placed 274th at the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge with a time of 26:06 (10/23)

High School: Four-year letter winner for the Lions...member of the National Honor Society
