ATTENDANCE POLICY AND TICKET INFORMATION
Indiana Tech and the SportONE Parkview Icehouse permit two spectators per participating student-athlete and coaching staff member to attend each contest. Each team must confirm its guest list in advance, submitting a completed Official Team Pass List form no later than Friday, March 19, 2021. Please direct email submissions to gdbokhart@indianatech.edu. Indiana Tech will not accept changes to the Official Team Guest Pass List and pass list status is not transferrable.

Upon confirming the guest list, Indiana Tech staff will direct the appropriate representative from each institution and/or the registered guests to the online ticket order form. Championship admission is $10.00 per person and all orders must be secured in advance through the website. Tickets may not be purchased on site during the championship. Indiana Tech and the SportONE Parkview Icehouse will admit only those spectators included on the Official Team Pass List with pre-paid admission receipts. Entry is subject to completion of COVID-19 screen and/or self-check verification. Please review additional facility policies here.

The pass list for each team will grant its ticketed guests admission only to games in which it is participating. Fans will be directed to a designated viewing area for each team in the venue. Event staff will clear the spectator area after each contest and allow guests access to the appropriate contest(s) no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the published start time.

Administrative representatives and/or Sports Information Directors from participating institutions may attend and are not required to occupy a position on the institution’s Official Team Pass List. Administrators and visiting SID’s should contact David Bokhart via email at gdbokhart@indianatech.edu to request credentials for the championship.

SPORTS MEDICINE AND ATHLETIC TRAINING
Per WHAC and NAIA policy, all student-athletes and official game-day personnel must complete a COVID screening with an approved staff member on each date of competition. The game-day screening form should be available from each institution’s athletic training department.

A member of the Indiana Tech Athletic Training staff may perform the daily screen for visiting teams if travel arrangements and other factors do not allow for screening within the required six (6) – hour window of competition by a member of the institution’s own athletic staff. This screening should be scheduled in advance and must take place prior to any team’s entry in to the competition venue.

Visiting athletic trainers may access the SportONE Parkview Icehouse athletic training room, but space is limited. Indiana Tech is not able to provide water coolers for each bench area and all teams / participants should plan to bring their own water bottle. Water bottle fillers are located at the drinking fountain stations in the SportONE Parkview Icehouse.

Parkview Regional Medical Center is the closest hospital to the competition venue and Parkview is the official sports medicine partner of the Indiana Tech Department of Athletics.
