Beach Harmon is entering his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Indiana Tech Warriors Baseball team heading into the 2024-25 year.
Coach Harmon was an All-Conference first baseman while at North Side High School, which is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He then went on to play one season at Colorado Northwestern Community College before an arm injury ended his playing career.
Coach Harmon returned to his high school alma mater, where he coached the Redskins for three seasons before moving on to Concordia Lutheran High School. He spent 5 seasons as an assistant coach before taking over the head coaching position for three seasons. After leaving Concordia, he served as an assistant coach to Indiana Baseball Hall of Fame Coach Dave Bischoff for 5 seasons before joining the Indiana Tech coaching staff.
Coach Harmon is married to his wife, Coleen, and they have two adult children. Beach T. who is a graduate of Grace College and also serves as an assistant coach with the Grace College Baseball Team. Their daughter Grace is a junior at Indiana University studying secondary education, majoring in History.
