Gordon Turner is entering his 15th year as an assistant coach for the Indiana Tech baseball program heading into the 2024-25 season.
Turner played for the Warriors in 2009 as a shortstop and hit .667. Injuries cut his playing days short and he has moved to coaching for Tech. He also used to assist in coaching the infielders and is now going into his third year coaching the outfielders, as well as still helping coach hitters.
Prior to attending Tech, he played at Kishwaukee College (NJCAA D1) in Malta, Illinois from 2007-08.
Turner received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana Tech in 2012 and calls Anderson, Indiana his hometown.
