Bio: Transfer Jordan Dippel joined Indiana Tech after a strong career at Northwest University, where she proved to be a versatile two-way player — contributing both at the plate and in the circle.

During her time at Northwest, Dippel improved every season offensively. As a freshman in 2019, she batted .167 in 31 appearances, then broke out in 2020 with a .311 average, 23 hits, 4 doubles, and 2 home runs. She followed up in 2020–21 by hitting .297 with 35 hits, 6 extra-base hits, and 9 stolen bases.

In the circle, she made limited appearances but showcased her competitiveness — pitching in four total games across two seasons.
