Brent Nichter is entering his fourth season as an Assistant Coach for the Warriors.

Nichter is a native of Fort Wayne, where he attended Bishop Luers High School and played four years of varsity lacrosse before attending Indiana Tech, where he became an MCLA All-American and All-Conference player, scoring 134 goals and racking up over 190 points in four years.
