Ryan Roy begins his fourth season at Indiana Tech in 2020, focusing on the Warrior goalkeepers. The Fort Wayne native prepped at Snider High School and earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Saint Francis where he was a four-year member of the men’s soccer program. He returns to the Warrior soccer program for his second stint after serving as an assistant coach from 2014-16.

Roy is on the goalkeeping staff at Fort Wayne United FC and previously coached with Fort Wayne Citadel FC. He holds NSCAA Goalkeeping diplomas and has been on staff with the Beasley National Soccer Schools.

His association with Coach Bokhart began at the age of 16 as a member of the Citadel ’88 boys team and he was later recruited to USF during Bokhart’s time as an assistant coach.
He is currently a full-time educator with Northwest Allen County Schools in the area of special education and resides in Fort Wayne. He lives in Fort Wayne with his wife, Rebecca, and twins children.
