Shauna Watson

Shauna Watson, a Fort Wayne native, is now in her second year as an assistant coach at Indiana Tech. She attended Concordia Lutheran High School where she was a part of the 2010 state championship team, and helped them return to the semistate round the following season as a senior. After high school she attended Hanover College, where she played on the basketball team all four years while earning her degree in communication. While at Hanover, Shauna was able to lead her team to four-straight 20-win seasons, two conference championships, and two NCAA Division III Tournament appearances. Shauna also currently holds the record for most career assists at Hanover, and was selected to the HCAC All-Tournament Team and All-Sportsmanship Team as a senior.
 
After graduation Shauna returned back home to Fort Wayne to begin her coaching career at Indiana Tech and pursue her Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership. In her first season (2015-16) she helped guide the team to a 21 win season. She recently completed her masters program with a 3.9 GPA and helped lead the team to a 25 win season and a trip to the NAIA Division II National Championships.
