BRIEF: The fourth-ranked Indiana Tech women's lacrosse team built up a large first half lead and withstood a second half rally to down No. 9 Siena Heights in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference action. The Warriors were led by five goals from
Alexa Winter and eight points from Alexis Digiovanni.

Sam Vikstrom for a 2-0 lead
- After SHU netted a goal, five different Warriors combined to net seven unanswered goals
- The Saints scored the last goal of the half to make it 9-2 Tech at the break
- Digiovanni connected with
Kristina Scott for the first goal of the second half
- SHU tallied another but Scott answered with
Aubri Hazen getting an assist
- Four straight goals and six-of-seven by the home team made it a three score game
- Tech answered with a four goal run, scoring seven of the final nine for the win

HIGHLIGHTS:- Winter finished with seven points, scoring five times on eight shots with two assists
- Digiovanni tallied four markers and added four helper for eight points
- Lauran Allard and Vikstrom each added three goals and an assist
- Scott and
Tayler Campbell also scored twice while adding one helper each
- Tech finished 12-for-19 on clears and outshot SHU 34-27
