BRIEF: The Indiana Tech women's lacrosse team opened up the 2015 campaign with a Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference victory over Lourdes (Ohio) led Alexa Winter's six goals. A pair of ten goal halves and solid defense helped the Warriors show why their ranked Fourth in the National Women's Lacrosse League rankings.
 
FLOW:
- Warriors outscore Grey Wolves 10-1 in first half including three power play goals.
- Tech opened the contest with seven consecutive goals; two each from Winter and the freshman pair of Sam Vikstrom and Kristina Scott.
- The Gray Wolves score five of the first nine goals in the second half, cutting the lead to eight.
- Warriors then ice the game with six unanswered goals with multiple goals from Tayler Campbell (3) and Winter (2)
 
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Campbell nets four goals, Vikstrom finishes with four points (3 G, 1 A)
- Alexis Digiovanni leads team with four assists, nets two goals
- Meaghan Eldridge makes 9 saves on 15 shots in goal for the Warriors
