FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 4
th-ranked Indiana Tech wrestling team hits the mats Friday night inside the Warrior Athletic Center (WAC) as they host Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) foe and 29
th-ranked Davenport in the team's Senior Night Duals.
The Orange and Black are coming off a strong performance at the Missouri Valley College Invitational, placing third out of 27 teams while
Travis Barroquillo and
LJ Grayson each winning the title in their respective weight classes.
First-year head coach
Thomas Pompei's team will go through five bouts before honoring the team's six seniors:
Justin Agee, Barroquillo,
Kegan Clark-Sanchez,
Collin Crume,
Tyler Goldman and Grayson. Action will resume following the ceremony.
Nine Tech wrestlers are ranked in the top 16 of their respective weight classes, highlighted by junior
Mitch Pawlak and Grayson, who are both ranked second in the 125 and 184 divisions, respectively.
In the 133-pound class, Barroquillo is fourth while Crume is 12
th. At 141 pounds,
Matthew Miller ranked eighth. Other ranked wrestlers are:

th, 165) and
Thomas Garty (12
th, 149).
