Box Score MACOMB, Mich. – The 21^st-ranked ACHA Division Indiana Tech got back to its winning ways on Friday evening at Suburban Macomb Ice with a 3-1 victory over Rochester College in Great Lakes Collegiate Hockey League (GLCHL) action.
 
Quentin Holmes got the Warriors on the board first at 7:03 in the first while Brett Lervold made it 2-0 Tech at 13 minutes in the second.
 
While Rochester cut the deficit to one later in the second, Lervold would tally his second goal of the night just 19 seconds into the third to put the Orange and Black back up two as they picked up the key conference win.
 
Chet Tooker made 30 saves in the win while Jarrett Pfeiffer notched the assist on Lervold's first goal.
 
Tech (9-3-0, 3-0-0 GLCHL) returns to action on Saturday when they host Rochester at 5:30 p.m. from the SportONE/Parkview Icehouse.
