CHICAGO – Indiana Tech assistant bowling team
Jeff Dreyfus was recently named to
Bowlers Journal 100 Top Coaches list, given annually by
Bowlers Journal to honor the best coaches in the world today.
Dreyfus is in his second season as an assistant for the Warriors under head coach
Tom Osborne, working primarily with the men's team. In his first season he helped the Orange and Black go on a Cinderella run in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Tournament, whereas the seventh seed they would capture their tournament title in program history, upsetting third-seeded University of Northwestern Ohio in the championship series.
He has also coached Junior Team USA star, Sydney Brummett, the winner of the 2016 PBA Billy Welu Scholarship Award. The Fort Wayne native has also won Masters gold, team silver and trios silver medals in the 2015 PABCON Youth Championship, took 17
th in the 2016 USBC Queens and a finished third in the 2015 Junior Gold Championships and is a three-time Indiana Female Bowler of the Year winner.
