Box Score ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Indiana Tech ACHA Division 1 men's ice hockey team started their last series of the fall semester with a dominating 11-3 victory over Eastern Michigan in Great Lakes Collegiate Hockey League (GLCHL) action on Friday evening at the Ann Arbor Ice Cube.
 
"It was good for the team to finally break through on the score sheet," head coach 
Frank DiCristofaro said. "We've been getting some good chances the last few games and have been coming up empty. I'm glad we found the back of the net tonight."
 
The Warriors opened up the game with a 3-0 run as 
Jarrett Pfeiffer scored the first goal of the night at 13:17 while 
Brett Lervold and 
Ryan Theisen notched power play goals just 1:26 apart. The Orange and Black would continue their offensive output in the second period as they put three more goals in the back of the net, with 
Jace Childs, Theisen and 
Joe Molfetta lighting the lamp as the visitors took a 6-1 lead into the final period.
 
Tech finished the game strong with five more goals in the last 20 minutes of the game with 
Adam Jonak (2), 
Jimmie Kotilainen, Theisen and Lervold all notching goals.
 
John Slavik made 20 saves in net for the Warriors in the win. Childs tallied three assists while 
Felix Kronwall, 
Nick Denice, 
Dylan Grant and Pfeiffer all recording two each.
 
Tech (12-9-0, 6-3-0 GLCHL) concludes their slate for their fall semester on Saturday as they face off again with Eastern Michigan. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. from the Ann Arbor Ice Cube.
