FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech women's soccer team fought to a scoreless double overtime with Rochester College (Mich.) on a Senior Day battle on Sunday afternoon at Warrior Athletic Field.
The two sides battled the heat and humidity all afternoon, but neither side was unable to crack either team's defense or stellar goalkeeping. Senior keeper
Tailer Roscoe was only tested once and while the Crimson and White Warriors fired off only five shots.
Tech got seven shots on goal against the visitors, with senior forward
Morgan Kroezen recording two on net. The Orange and White held an 8-2 advantage in corner kicks, including one in the 88
th minute, but the hosts were unable to convert the chance into a goal.
The Warriors had opportunities in the 103

th minute with a header from senior

Darby McCracken that was stopped by Rochester keeper Cali Clemens.
Prior to the game, Indiana Tech President Dr. Arthur E. Snyder led a ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the new artificial turf playing surface at Warrior Athletic Field.
Tech (0-1-1) returns to action over Labor Day weekend as they travel south to Athens, Tennessee for the Tennessee Wesleyan Invitational, where they will take on Union College (Ky.) on Friday, September 3, at 2:30 p.m.
