BRIGHTON, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's soccer team extended its winning streak on Wednesday afternoon with a 4-1 win over Michigan-Dearborn in Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) play at the Legacy Center.
The Warriors got out to an early 1-0 as
Oswaldo Segura Diaz scored just four minutes and 23 seconds into the game while
Roman Schindler extended Tech's lead to 2-0 in the 11
th minute.
Ruben Leonardo would give the Orange and Black a 3-0 lead with just under seven minutes to go in the first half, while
Ethan Payne added a goal in the 67
th minute.
Tech's defense continued its stellar play again, limiting the Wolverines to just five overall shots and one shot on goal, while
Adam Viviano improved to 8-0 on the year.
