GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's soccer team fell to Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) foe Aquinas College, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon at Aquinas College Athletic Field.

After a scoreless first half of play, the Saints took the game's first lead in the 55th minute as Alex Mendez found the back of the net after Franco Calabrese led him into box with the pass.

Aquinas would score one more goal in the contest with Sean Bopra providing the 2-0 advantage for the hosts in the 89th minute off a rebound by Edwin Rosado.

The Warriors offense would challenge the Saints defense in the second half of action, transitioning the five shots from the opening half to 5 in the final forty five minutes of play, but the Saints keeper Theoren Collison would manage to keep Tech scoreless in the contest with nine saves.
