BRYON CENTER, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's ice hockey team fell to NAIA Division foe Aquinas, 4-1, on Saturday evening at the Southside Ice Arena.
The Saints would get the scoring going in the second period as they scored three power play goals period to take a 3-0 lead with 6:57 left in the second. Tech would cut the deficit to two with a goal from
Brian Skillicorn at 3:17 in the second, but Aquinas would notch their fourth power play goal at 15:50 in the third to make it a 4-1 game.
Zach Larson made 31 saves in net for the Warriors.
Tech (17-6-1) returns to action on Friday as they travel to Lawrence Tech for a weekend set. Puck drop is set for 6:30 p.m. from the Southfield Ice Arena.
