CHELSEA, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's ice hockey team won its eighth straight game on Saturday evening as they defeated Concordia University (Mich.), 5-2, at Arctic Coliseum.
 
Jarrett Pfeiffer put the Warriors up 2-0 in the first period with goals at the 16:21 and 3:01 marks, respectively, before notching the hat trick at the 13:21 mark in the third to make it a 4-1 game. The Cardinals would cut the deficit to 2-1 just 100 seconds into the second period, but Zach Bennett scored with 65 seconds left in the second to restore the two-goal advantage.
 
Adam Jonak would finish with four assists on the night while Bryson Linenburg made 18 saves in net for his seventh win of the season.
 
Tech (13-4-0) concludes a five-game road trip on Friday, November 30 as they travel to Lawrence Tech for a nonconference matchup. Puck drop is set for 8 p.m. from the Southfield Ice Arena.
