Maria Jimenez would split sets but come away with a 6-1, 6-7, 6-2 victory at first flight while the Warriors picked up wins at fifth and sixth flight of singles and third flight of doubles from forfeits.
 
Tech (1-6) returns to action on Friday, March 2 when they host Lindenwood University – Belleville. First serve is set for 2 p.m. from Swinney Tennis Center.
