Coach
Frank DiCristofaro had this to say after the game: "It all started with our defense. When you're able to get to pucks and transition quickly, it's a lot easier to put other teams back on their heels and that is exactly what we did tonight. This is the best skating Defensive core we've had since I've been here."
Freshman
Bryson Linenburg made his first career start in net for the Warriors and came up with his first career shutout by stopping 11 shots. It was point night for
Francesco Corona as he tallied 3 goals and 3 assists. Sophomore
Stavros Soilis picked up 4 assists on the night to lead the team in that category. Freshmen
Alex Potter and
Joel Holmberg picked up their first career college goals as well, to help lift the Warriors to a convincing win against Rochester College.
