Box Score 2 RICHMOND, Ind. – The Indiana Tech women's volleyball team defeated the University of Pikeville, 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25-12) and lost to Indiana University Southeast, 3-1 (25-23, 24-26, 11-25, 24-26) Saturday afternoon at the Earlham Quaker Classic.
Aubree Eggers led the Warriors against Pikeville with 10 kills and three blocks while
Jordan Aylward had eight kills and two blocks.
Autumn Stokes dished out 20 assists while
Madison Park had 15.
Madeline MacDonald rounded out Tech's leaders with 17 digs.
Against IU Southeast Aylward had 10 kills while Eggers had five blocks.
Olivia Niekamp added nine kills while MacDonald had 12 digs. Stokes and Park combined for 37 assists in the loss.
Full play-by-play was not available for either game as bench stats were the only record of the contests.
Tech (6-5) returns to action Wednesday as they host the University of Northwestern Ohio in their home opener. First serve is set for 7 p.m. from the Schaefer Center.
