ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Indiana Tech women's soccer team fell to Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) rival Concordia University, 3-1, on Wednesday afternoon at Cardinal Stadium.
Emily Tippman made her collegiate debut and made 15 saves in the match.
Stephanie Torres had the lone Warrior goal and two shots on goal while
Sydney Lemelin had three shots on goal.
The Cardinals dominated the match early as they fired off eight shots on goal in the first half, but were unable to get one past Tippman.

The hosts were finally able to get on the scoreboard in the 57
th minute and kept up the pressure on the visitors and went ahead with their second goal of the game in the 77
th minute. Concordia capped the scoring in the 90
th minute to hand the Warriors their ninth straight loss.
Tech (4-9-0, 0-6-0 WHAC) returns to action on Saturday as they head to Lawrence Technological University for a conference matchup. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. from Blue Devils Stadium.
