WINONA LAKE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech women's soccer team fell to No. 16-ranked Grace College, 5-2, Wednesday evening at 1
st Source Bank Field.
The Lancers struck early and often in the contest by scoring in the seventh and 19
th minutes to go up 2-0 and recorded six shots on goal in the first 25 minutes of the match. Tech cut the deficit in half in the 25
th minute as

Grace continued to extend their advantage in the second half with two more goals in the first 20 minutes of the period and while
Bailey Elliott gave the Warriors some late life with a goal in the 71
st minute to make it a 4-2 game, it would not be enough to start a comeback as the Orange and Black suffered their second consecutive loss.
Ally Zenda made seven saves in the loss.
Tech (4-2-0) returns to action on Saturday as they end a three-game road trip against Goshen College. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. from the Goshen College Soccer Complex.
