FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's bowling team opened up the 2021 season Friday by hosting the first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Jamboree inside ThunderBowl. The Warriors took fourth with a total score of 5,105, recording 3,001 pins over three traditional games and 2,104 pins in 10 baker games.
Tyler DeJonge led the way individually with a three-game score of 635 (234-227-174) while
Marcus McClain was 16
th with a 622 (215-203-204).
Dawson Maier was 20
th with a pinfall of 603 (198-200-205).
Daniel Link and Jake Bowden were 45
th and 46
th with scores of 387 and 386 while
Jacob Balser and
Cory Hersha took 67
th and 68
th with scores of 189 and 179.
Tech returns to action on January 8 with the second WHAC Jamboree, which will be hosted by Spring Arbor University at Jax 60 in Jackson, Michigan.
