DEARBORN, Mich. - The Indiana Tech women's volleyball team continues to be red-hot with a road sweep of Michigan-Dearborn (25-14, 25-15, 25-19).
Tech got out to a roaring 8-0 start in the first set, cruising their way to a 25-14 set win. Tech would continue it's dominance in the second set, leading 15-3 before ultimately taking the set, 25-15. The Warriors faced some adversity in the third set, as the Wolverines would claw their way to keep the set tied at 15 apiece before rallying off sevent straight points to go up 22-15 before taking the set and the match, 25-19.
Havilyn Cummings led the way offensively with 10 kills while
Madelyn Omo had 8 kills and 3 blocks.
Andrea Schriver had 23 assists while
Jacey Blust recorded fifteen digs.
Noelle VanOort registered 4 aces.
Tech (11-8, 7-1 WHAC) will take on Madonna tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Alliance Catholic Credit Union Arena.
