FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Indiana Tech women's soccer team was defeated by the No. 13-ranked Aquinas Saints, 4-1 on Saturday evening at Warrior Athletic Field.
Aquinas would strike quickly with two goals within the first twenty minutes. Aquinas would take a 3-0 lead with another goal in the 71st minute.
Kate Wallace would find the back of the net for the Warriors off of the assist from
Dani Blagojevic, Wallace's first of the season.
The visiting Saints would out-shoot the Warriors 26-5.
Michaela Bitle would have six saves on the day.
Tech (5-5-0, 1-2-0 WHAC) will host Madonna (9-0-0, 3-0-0 WHAC) this Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Warrior Athletic Field.
