Warriors Go 1-2 at NAIA National Championships

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's bowling team saw its run at the inaugural NAIA National Championships come to an end Friday as they went 1-2 in match plat at Five-Star Lanes.
 
Tech started off the day with a win over Saint Francis (Ill.), who went on to win the title with six straight wins in the elimination bracket, before falling to top-seeded Marian University to get knocked down to the elimination bracket. The Warriors lost to Ottawa University to see their time at the first-ever NAIA event come to a close. The team was comprised of Jacob Balser, Jakob Bowdenna, Tyler DeJonge, Cory HershaDawson Maier, Dillon McArthur, Marcus McClain and Patrick Schwartz.
 
The Warriors now turn their attention to USBC postseason play with Sectional Qualifiers April 16-18 at to-be-determined locations.
