FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Indiana Tech women's soccer team were defeated by unbeaten Taylor University, 2-0, Saturday evening at Warrior Athletic Field.
The Warriors kept pace with the Trojans through the majority of the first half, but Taylor scored two goals where Tech made the initial save but the ball would roll into the net. It was ultimately a very solid performance in net by the Warriors, as the duo of
Michaela Bitle and
Karminna Gaytan made a combined 13 saves on the night.Â
Tech (4-3-0) will have the week off before they travel to Michigan to take on the University of Michigan-Dearborn at 12pm at Fordson High School.Â
