FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 9 ranked Indiana Tech men's hockey team took on WHAC opponent University of Michigan-Dearborn in a weekend series. The Warriors won game one in a shootout with a final of 4-4 and converted one shot in the shootout.
Game one of the series Tech was on the road in Dearborn, Michigan. Tech was held scoreless in the first two periods entering the third down 3-0 but scored four goals in the third to force an overtime period, eventually winning 1-0 in a shootout.

TJ Dougan scored goals for the Warriors. Timothy Washburn,
Wil Campbell, Avery Smith, and
Alex Arnold recorded assists for the Warriors. In game one,
Malik Ali converted the only penalty in the shootout to lift the Warriors past the Wolverines
Game two of the series was back at home in the SportONE/Parkview Icehouse, where Tech netted two goals in each period to earn the victory over the Wolverines with a 6-4 final score. Aidan Dufort, Austin Buck, Luke Anderson,

Tech is back in action Friday, November 18, when they host the Rochester University Warriors. The puck Drop is set for 7:30 pm before they head to Fraser, Michigan, for game two of the series. Tech is 17-2 in the series, winning the last meeting 1-0.
