SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The No. 17 ranked Indiana Tech men's basketball team traveled to Southfield, Michigan, to take on the Blue Devils of Lawrence Tech. The Warriors had a bounce-back win to take down the Blue Devils, winning 75-60 to improve to 6-1 on the season and 3-0 in WHAC play.
The Orange and Black shot an even 50% from the field on 29-58 shooting.
Josh Kline had a big night for the Warriors, recording a double-double scoring 23 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Kline shot 9-12 from the floor while going a perfect 5-5 from the free-throw line and adding 1 assist.
Rog Stein scored 13 points, shooting 50% while grabbing 4 rebounds and contributing 3 assists.
Grant Smith scored 12 points while grabbing 5 rebounds and dished out a team-high 5 assists. The Warriors never trailed in this game, leading wire-to-wire with zero ties.
Tech hosts Aquinas College in their next game on Tuesday, November 22. Tech is 22-17 in the series, with the Saints winning their last ten, most recently 66-56 on January 26, 2022.
