FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 6 ranked Indiana Tech men's hockey team took on the Roosevelt University Lakers in a two-game series over the weekend, starting Friday in Fort Wayne for game one, before going to Bensenville, Illinois, on Saturday for game two. Tech took both games with scores of 8-1 and 4-0 to improve their record to 18-2 overall and stay 11-1 in conference play.
Game one was on the Warriors' home ice in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where Tech found the net eight times to rally to an 8-1 victory. Finding the scoresheet with goals for Tech were

Braedyn Funke played all 60 minutes in goal for the Warriors facing 14 shots and saving 13.
Game Two ended in favor of the Warriors with a 4-0 final score.

Riley Tucker played the whole game for the Orange and Black, allowing zero goals while recording 31 saves to earn the shutout.
Tech takes a break for the holiday season and will resume play on January 13, 2023, when they host Cleary in game one of their two-game series. Tech won both matchups between the two schools earlier this season with final scores of 4-0 and 10-3.
