Warriors Drop Two to Webber International

BABSON PARK, Fla. - The Indiana Tech softball team dropped two games against Webber International on Sunday afternoon at Nancy Nichols Field. The Warriors fell by scores of 3-0 and 3-1.

Game 1 | Indiana Tech 0, Webber International 3

The Warriors couldn't get on the board in the first contest. Hannah Middlebrooks made the start, striking out two batters in 4.2 innings pitched. Jaden Romero relieved her giving up 0 runs in 1.1 innings pitched. Emma Kelley recorded a single. 

Game 2 | Indiana Tech 1, Webber International 3

Emma Kelley singled home Alyssa Fox in the 4th, but it wasn't enough as Webber International scored three runs beforehand. Fox doubled, while Olyvia Notter, Alyssa Lipinski, Kennedi Sullivan, and Sydney Williams all earned hits. Notter pitched 5.2 innings, striking out one batter. 

Indiana Tech (4-8) will continue their spring break stretch as they play No. 21-ranked Southeastern today in a doubleheader with first pitch being at 2:00 PM ET.
