NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Indiana Tech baseball team wrapped up its nonconference slate Wednesday afternoon with a 15-5 win over Manchester University at Gratz Field, sweeping their NCAA Division III rivals in the two-game season series.
Jayden Reed and
Jacob Daftari each collected three hits with the latter driving in a career-best six RBIs with a double while the former scored four times.
Trevor Patterson collected two hits, two RBIs and four runs. Five Warrior pitchers combined in the win, with
Spencer Strobel notching the win.
Tech (29-19) wraps up the regular season Saturday with a doubleheader against conference-leading University of Northwestern Ohio. First pitch is slated for 1 p.m. from Racer Field.
