ADRIAN, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's basketball team traveled to Adrian, Michigan, where the Warriors beat the Siena Heights University Saints 84-50, shooting 50% from the 3-point line on Wednesday night.
The 34-point win is the second biggest lead the Warriors imposed on an opponent this season, just after their 114-69 win over the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
The Warriors started the game with a 9-0 run and kept pace to finish the first half with a 20-point lead on the scoreboard.
Jeremy Luciani scored 13 of his 15 points in the first half, and the Warriors entered halftime, winning 42-22.
Shooting 50% from the 3-point line and 54% from the field, the Warriors scored another 42 points in the second half and increased their lead to 34 points, finishing the game with an 84-50 win on the road.
Max Perez scored 15 points for the Warriors, scoring all 15 from beyond the 3-point line.
Josh Kline posted 13 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists. Grant smith led Tech in rebounds, pulling down 8 boards.
Saturday, February 2, Indiana Tech (20-3) hits the road again. The next challenge is against Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
