GOSHEN, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's volleyball team got back in the win column with a 3-1 victory over the Goshen College Maple Leafs on Tuesday night. The Warriors move to 3-4 on the season and remain perfect in the WHAC, sitting at 2-0.
The Warriors got off to a slow start as Goshen (2-3) took set one with a score of 18-25. Tech found their footing in set two, winning big with a 25-8 final, before finishing the match with back-to-back 25-17 wins in set three and four.
Mason Milan led the attack for the Warriors with 15 kills, while
Raekwon Rogers contributed 7 kills and 8.0 blocks.
Mario Capo served all three of Tech's aces in the match.
Brandon Jones led the Orange and Black in assists, recording 30 on the night, while
Joey Hermes led the Warriors in digs with 11.
Tech continues its three-game WHAC stretch as they host Cornerstone University Friday, February 10, with the game set to start at 7 PM. The Orange and Black are 4-0 against the Golden Eagles, winning their last matchup on March 19, 2022, with a 3-2 final score.
