SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Tech men's volleyball finished their road stretch in Southfield, Michigan, as they took down the Blue Devils of Lawrence Tech in the Don Ridler Field House with a 3-1 victory. The Warriors move to 15-7 on the season and 14-1 in the Conference.
Daynte Stewart was a standout player for his team, racking up an impressive 16 kills, 1 ace, 3 blocks, and 5 assists. His strong all-around game helped Tech throughout the match.
Mason Milan also made a significant contribution to the team's effort with 13 kills and 2 blocks.
Raekwon Rogers had an excellent game at the net, recording 10 kills and an impressive 6 blocks. His presence was felt on both sides of the court, as he proved to be a formidable opponent to the Blue Devils.
Mario Capo and
Jacob Carrico both contributed to their team's effort with aces, with Capo adding 5 digs to his stat line. Carrico's lone ace was still an important point for Tech, helping to swing momentum in the Warrior's favor.
Brandon Jones and
Joey Hermes both played key roles in the team's success, with Jones racking up an impressive 31 assists and 9 digs, while Hermes added 6 assists and 8 digs.
Tech returns home for their final two home games starting March 21 as they host the Maple Leafs of Goshen College. First serve is set for 7:00 PM.
