SYLVANIA, Ohio – The Indiana Tech women's volleyball team got back in the win column on Friday evening as they traveled to Sylvania, Ohio, for a WHAC showdown with Lourdes University. The Orange and Black took care of business, completing the season sweep over the Gray Wolves with a straight-set victory.
 
The hosts grabbed the early lead in the opening set, sprinting to a 5-1 advantage. However, Tech quickly responded with a 9-1 run to take a 10-6 advantage. Once they grabbed the advantage, the Warriors refused to give it up as their attack kept putting the ball down, ending the first set with a .311 attack percentage on their way to a 25-18 win. The Orange and Black's rampant attack continued to roll in the second set, hitting an efficient .345 percent while holding the opposition to .097. Tech never trailed in the second set, winning 25-18 for the second straight set. The third set was a more closely contested battle, but a late 6-0 run saw the Warriors gain enough momentum to carry them to a 25-21 victory to claim the match.
 
Taylor Sorg led the Warriors with 11 kills and 5 blocks, Katie Gostovich and Hannah Teich posted 3 aces each, Sara Gomperts led the side with 34 assists, and Noelle VanOort had a high 13 digs.
