FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The No. 9 ranked Indiana Tech men's lacrosse team hosted the No. 10 ranked Siena Heights Saints in an intense conference top ten battle on Wednesday night.
The first quarter would be a tight back and forth affair with the Warriors taking a narrow 4-3 lead into the second. Quarter two would be all Orange & Black as Tech would shut out the Saints 6-0 to take a 10-3 halftime lead. The Warriors would start the second half strong, picking up where they left off in the first half, scoring the first five goals of the third quarter. Siena Heights would score two goals midway through the quarter to stop the bleeding and end Tech's 13-0 run, but the third quarter would end 16-8 with the Warriors in firm control. Tech would flex their mite shutting out the Saints again in the fourth quarter 4-0, winning by a final of 20-8.
Josh Bramley was a menace on offense scoring eight goals for the Warriors, while
Cooper Langille would finish with eight points on two goals and six assists.
Nick Craddock and
Tristan McKneely would lead Tech with seven ground balls and
Jonah Jarmus would lead the Warriors with five caused turnovers.
Kyle TwoBulls would pick up win number five on the season, making six saves.
The Warriors get back to .500 riding their four-game win streak to a 5-5 overall record and 4-1 in WHAC play. Tech will hit the road for their next contest when they travel to Livonia, Michigan to take on RV Madonna University on Saturday, April 13
th at 12pm.
