SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's basketball team traveled to Lawrence Tech on Wednesday evening for their second match-up with the Blue Devils this season. The Warriors completed the season sweep of Lawrence Tech with an 88-77 victory on the road.
 
The Warriors got off to a fast start, grabbing their first double-digit lead with just under fourteen minutes left in the first half as Crew Gibson found a soft spot in the lane for a lay-in to cap off an 18-8 run. There was no sign of slowing down from Tech as they stretched their advantage to its largest of the half, 18 points, with 1:49 left, before taking a 45-33 lead into the break. Out of the locker room, the Warriors continued to control the contest and stretched their lead to 23 at the 11:50 mark. Down the stretch, the hosts would make a late push, but the margin between the two sides was too great to overcome as the Orange and Black would claim the 88-77 victory.
 
Crew Gibson led the Warriors with another double-double tallying 23 points, 17 rebounds, and one block. Blake Davison added 14 points, four rebounds, and five assists. Nigel Martin chipped in 12 points, two rebounds, and one block. Brady Titus led the side with six assists and tallied nine points.
 
The Warriors now sit at 16-5 overall and 13-1 in conference. Tech is back in action on Saturday, February 1, hosting Cleary University for a 3:00 p.m. tip-off.
