Fort Wayne, Ind. – Indiana Tech controlled every period Friday night, cruising to a 7–0 victory over Eastern Michigan at the PSM Icehouse, showing they're rested, reset, and ready to go after Thanksgiving break.
The Warriors set the tone early, scoring three times in the opening frame and never looking back. Junior forward Halle Murray delivered a statement performance, scoring four goals, including a natural hat trick in the first period—and adding two assists for a six-point night.
Murray opened the scoring just over four minutes into the game, then struck again at 8:02 before finishing her hat trick at 11:16. She added her fourth at 9:31 of the second period.
Indiana Tech continued piling on offense through all three periods, with Sylvie Legault, Jaiden Rogers, and Allison Greene each adding goals. Greene also posted a three-assist night, factoring into four Warrior goals.
The Warriors cashed in on special teams as well, finishing 3-for-3 on the power play, while their penalty kill stayed perfect and held Eastern scoreless in four opportunities.
With the win, Indiana Tech improves to 7-12-0 overall and 5-3-0 in conference play, while Eastern Michigan drops to 7-8-0. The Warriors won't hit the ice again until January 10, 2026, giving them over a month to recover, refocus, and prepare for the second half of the season.
