ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The Indiana Tech women's basketball team wrapped their regular season road slate with a trip to Ann Arbor, Michigan, on Wednesday evening to go up against the Concordia University Cardinals. It took the Warriors extra time for the third straight game to wrap up the victory, this time 73-69 in the first overtime period. With the win, the Orange and Black secured their fourth straight and seventh of the last eight WHAC regular season titles with one game left in the regular season.
The opening quarter of the contest was a slow start for both sides, but the hosts held a narrow advantage, 9-8, heading into the second. Both offenses saw an uptick in the second frame, but it was the hosts who saw their lead grow, holding a 31-25 lead heading into the midway break. Out of the break, the Warriors went to work, opening the half with a 10-2 run, which saw Tech go up by three with six and a half minutes left in the third. Down the stretch, the Cardinals regained the lead, holding onto a narrow two-point advantage heading into the fourth. Eleven combined points from

Genevieve Decker helped the Warriors level the game and force an overtime period.
Juliana Burris took over in the extra period, scoring nine of Tech's 16 points to help lift the Orange and Black past the Cardinals 73-69.

Juliana Burris posted a double-double with 16 points, 10 rebounds, and three assists.
Taylor Covington added 12 points, three rebounds, and two assists.
Lauren Barton tallied 10 points, six rebounds, and one assist.
Tech now sits at 23-4 on the season and 18-1 in conference play. The Warriors will wrap up the regular season at home on Saturday as they host Cornerstone University for a 1:00 p.m. tip-off.
