FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Indiana Tech men's volleyball team returned to action on Friday evening as they opened the WHAC/HOA Crossover tournament matched up against No. 5 ranked William Penn University. Against the Statesmen, the Orange and Black were dealt a 0-3 loss before matching up with No. 3 Grand View in their second tournament game on Saturday. In game two of the tournament against the Vikings, the Warriors fell 0-3.
Against William Penn, the Warriors attack was led by
Dylan Poore and
Kristian Kold who posted 13 and 12 kills, respectively.
Ben Rosenow led the side with three aces.
Logan Gieseke led the squad with three blocks.
Raider Paja posted a team-high 18 assists, while
Alex Rosenow and
Kristian Kold each tallied nine digs.
In the contest with Grand View, the Warriors were led by
Kristian Kold with nine kills.
Ben Rosenow and
Logan Gamero posted two aces apiece. Gamero and
Logan Gieseke lead the side with two blocks each.
Raider Paja led the side with 12 assists and
Alex Rosenow posted seven digs.
The Warriors return to action on February 14 as they host RV Lourdes University. First serve against the Gray Wolves is set for 7:00 p.m.
