Fort Wayne, Ind. – The Indiana Tech women's basketball team delivered a dominant second-half performance Wednesday night, pulling away from Lourdes University for a 77–56 WHAC victory at the Schaefer Center.

The Warriors and Grey Wolves battled through a tight first half, with Lourdes holding slim leads after the first and second quarters. Indiana Tech trailed just 31–29 at halftime after an evenly matched opening 20 minutes.

Momentum shifted decisively in the third quarter as the Warriors exploded offensively, outscoring Lourdes 28–16. Indiana Tech shot an impressive 68.8 percent from the field in the period, turning defense into offense and building a double-digit advantage heading into the final quarter.

The Warriors continued to control the pace in the fourth, holding Lourdes to just nine points while extending the lead to as many as 21. Strong rebounding and ball movement allowed Indiana Tech to close out the game with authority.

Indiana Tech was led by Taylor Covington, who finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, and three assists. Ryan Moorer added 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting, while Madison Vice knocked down four three-pointers for 12 points. Gabby Richie provided a spark off the bench with 15 points, connecting on five shots from beyond the arc.

Jaidyn Gulley anchored the paint with a standout performance, grabbing 17 rebounds and dishing out six assists as the Warriors controlled the boards, 38–30.

With the win, Indiana Tech improves to 11–4 overall and 7–1 in WHAC play, maintaining its position near the top of the conference standings.
