FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The #10 ranked Indiana Tech men's lacrosse team hosted the University of Michigan-Dearborn on Saturday afternoon, defeating the Wolverines 24-8.
It is the third straight game that the Warriors have scored 24 goals as the offense has been rolling in recent weeks. And today, consistency was the key. Tech would score six goals in all four quarters, led by
Jake Deacon,
Ryan Tedesco, and
Cam Fewster with four goals each. Deacon and Tedesco each finished with seven points in the game to lead the Warriors, while Fewster had five points and five ground balls.
Zach Spisz was all over the field, picking up ten ground balls and causing two turnovers.
Sam Park picked up the win in goal for the Warriors, finishing with eight saves.
The Warriors improve to 5-2 overall and 3-0 in WHAC play. Up next, Tech will play #1 ranked Madonna University in a huge conference battle on Wednesday, March 25
th in Livonia, Michigan.
