GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Indiana Tech men's volleyball team defeated Cornerstone in five sets to extend their winning streak to four.
 
Indiana Tech trailed 16-13 in set one. Trailing 21-16, Indiana Tech fought back to cut the lead to one at 23-22. Cornerstone took a 24-22 lead, but after a timeout, Indiana Tech scored four straight points to take the first set 26-24.
 
The second set was back-and-forth as the teams found themselves tied at 18-18. Indiana Tech then rattled off three straight points to take a 21-18 lead. Indiana Tech would go on to take the second set 25-22.
 
Cornerstone used an early 8-1 run to take a 13-7 lead in the third set. Cornerstone would go on to cruise to a 25-16 third set win.
 
Indiana Tech led 18-16 in the fourth set. Trailing 19-17, Cornerstone used a 6-1 run to take a 23-20 lead. Cornerstone would take the fourth set 25-22.
 
Indiana Tech jumped out to a 9-4 lead in the fifth set. The Warriors would cruise to a 15-6 fifth set win, securing the 3-2 match victory.
 
Logan Gieseke led Indiana Tech with 17 kills. Dylan Poore added 14 kills and 3.0 blocks. Both Zack Karns and Logan Gamero each had 3.0 blocks as well. Nolan Bosley had 48 assists and eight digs. Jensen Yarosh had eight aces, which set the Indiana Tech program record for most aces in a single match. Alex Rosenow led Indiana Tech with 10 digs.
 
Indiana Tech moves to 15-7 overall and 10-3 in WHAC play. The Warriors return to action on Saturday at Aquinas.
