HOWELL, Mich. - Jessie Biggs of Indiana Tech was voted by her peers as the 2025-26 Terry Bocian Athletics Director of the Year, presented by Kuhn Speciality Flooring. It marks the second such honor for Biggs and second in as many seasons. Biggs, who completed her sixth season as the Athletic Director at Indiana Tech, becomes just the sixth AD in conference history to win this award more than once. 

Under Biggs' leadership, Indiana Tech claimed its ninth-straight Fred Smith All-Sports Cup and finished seventh in the nation in the Learfield Directors' Cup. The Warriors won eight regular season titles, six total tournament titles, had 17 different teams qualify for NAIA nationals, and saw six staff members win WHAC honors. 182 Indiana Tech student-athletes earned all-conference honors with 72 claiming All-American status. 260 athletes were named WHAC Scholar Athletes and the department boasted a 3.16 cumulative GPA.
