Lisa Voyles made an immediate on her month month competing for the Warriors as she won the Warrior Invitational, the first-ever home cross country meet for Indiana Tech, with a 5K time of 19:12 and garnered WHAC Runner of the Week honors for her performance. She followed that up with a sixth-place finish at the IWU Twilight Invitational and crossed the finish line in 18:43.
